Yoga is the physical, mental and spiritual practice which aims at transforming body and mind. Thus by knowing the importance of Yoga, our school provides regular classes (twice a week) to inculcate the practice of yogism among the students by an experienced Yoga masters.
Western & Classical Dance
Dance classes are provided for both classical and western by the Dance masters and make the students for the movement of their body.
Karate
Karate can be considered as the conflict within oneself which can be won only through self-discipline and hard training. Weekly once Karate class is provided from 1 Std.
Our Karatekas enthusiastically participated in various tournaments and in National Level, Delhi Academy and brought colourful victories to our school.
